A survey conducted by Piper Jaffray highlights the reasons existing Apple customers do not buy the iPhone X, and unsurprisingly, the high price tag is getting a large share of votes.
Specifically, 44% of the respondents said they don’t plan to purchase the iPhone X because their current iPhone still works fine and there’s no point in upgrading – this was the most voted option in the survey.
Then, with 31% percent of the votes is the high price of the iPhone X, as a substantial number of queried iPhone users still think the anniversary model is too expensive. Then, 17% of those asked why they haven’t upgraded to iPhone X said it’s because they have another reason, with no other specifics offered, while 8% said they would rather prefer a larger screen.
