While the iPhone 8 is just around the corner, it turns out that Apple is already working on the 2018 iPhone generation, with a report revealing the company is preparing a few major surprises for its customers.
The next-year iPhone lineup will include two new models featuring bigger displays, according to a report from ET News, measuring 5.85 and 6.45 inches, respectively.
It appears Apple originally planned to introduce a 5.28-inch model, but given the quick transition to bigger screens, the company abandoned the idea and decided to go for a 5.85-inch panel for the smaller model.
But even though Apple wants the iPhones to ship with bigger displays, this doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll be larger overall.
