The Apple Watch Series 3, often referred to Apple Watch 3, comes with LTE support that allows the device to start and answer calls without the need for an iPhone, but while customers expect flawless out-of-the-box experience, it turns out that those in the United Kingdom are getting exactly the opposite.
The new Apple Watch is available in the UK with LTE connectivity via EE, but the first buyers discovered that activating this feature takes more than a couple of hours, and what’s worse, it fails to complete in several cases.
The British carrier says it’s already aware of reports – and that’s not at all surprising given that tens of customers have already posted complaints on the support forums – and recommends those struggle to configure the Apple Watch to simply reach in an ask for assistance.
