Apple today released the watchOS 4.2 software update for all supported Apple Watch devices, bringing various improvements and new features, including Apple Pay Cash support.
The watchOS 4.2 release comes only one day after the tvOS 11.2 update for supported Apple TV devices, as well as three days after the iOS 11.2 software update for supported iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices.
It’s the second maintenance update to the watchOS 4 operating system series, coming five weeks after the watchOS 4.1 release to add new features like Apple Pay Cash support, which lets users send and receive money using the Messages and Wallet apps.
