Apple’s rating has remained unchanged from the previous year, so the Cupertino-based tech company is leading with 83 points, followed by rival Samsung with 82 points.
The leading spots are basically the same as in 2017, but this time Amazon has managed to secure the third place with a 3.8 percent increase from the previous year, getting an overall rating of 82 points this year, up from 79.
ASUS, which last year was third in the charts, fell 2.5 percent from 80 points to 79, becoming only the fifth company in terms of customer satisfaction in the United States.
ACSI says the drop is mostly the result of ASUS focusing more on high-end products, which in return has impacted its customer satisfaction rating.
