Apple’s iPhone XR is now available for pre-order, as the Cupertino-based tech company officially kicks off sales of its third and last iPhone model launching this year.
iPhone XR, which has often been described as “the more affordable iPhone,” hits the shelves in the United States with a $749 price tag, so the affordable tag is more or less a subjective tag. The base version of the iPhone XS is sold in the same market for $999, so iPhone XR is some $150 cheaper.
The device is available in six different colors, namely yellow, white, coral, black, blue, and red (PRODUCT RED), being powered by the same A12 Bionic chip as the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.
It’s available in three storage options, namely 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB, and features a 6.1-inch LCD screen – the more expensive XS siblings come with OLED, and this is one of the biggest differences between them.
