Apple Pay Expanded to More Than 20 Banks Across the US, UK, Australia and Canada

Just two weeks after Apple expanded its Apple Pay payment service to 27 banks across the United States, as well as various other major banks in China, Russia, Italy, and Ireland, the Cupertino company now expanded the service to more banks across the world.

While many are still waiting for Apple Pay to land in their country of origin, it looks like Apple recently added over 20 more banks and credit unions to its list of supported issuers across the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, and Japan, just in time for the major new features coming to the payment service this fall as part of the iOS 11 and watchOS 4 operating systems.
