Today, October 17, 2016, Apple seeded the fourth Beta build of the upcoming iOS 10.1 mobile operating system for supported iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices to developers enrolled in the Apple Developer program, as well as public beta testers.
iOS 10.1 Beta 4 comes exactly one week after the release of the third Beta build, and it introduces the brand-new Portrait camera functionality for iPhone 7 Plus devices, allowing users to finally take amazing photos with a bokeh effect (clear and sharp front subject with out-of-focus background).
As mentioned before, the fourth Beta build is now available for both public beta testers and application developers with a paid account, who can download it via OTA updates on their registered devices, as well as IPSW images from the Downloads section of their Apple Developer account. Two builds are available, 14B72 and 14B72b.
