Apple has stopped signing older iOS and iPadOS firmware to prohibit downgrades from the latest release, iOS 13.2 and iPadOS 13.2, which the tech giant announced last week.

Apple is no longer signing the iOS 13.1.2 and iOS 13.1.3 firmware that the company released last month for supported iPhone models, nor the iPadOS 13.1.2 and iPadOS 13.1.3 firmware for supported iPad devices. As such, staring November 7th, 2019, you won’t be able to downgrade from iOS 13.2 or iPadOS 13.2.

Of course, this will have a major impact on the iOS jailbreaking community, but it doesn’t affect iPad users. However, if you find iOS 13.2 or iPadOS 13.2 buggy, you now have no other choice but stick with this firmware if you already upgraded, and wait for the next release, which will be iOS 13.3 and iPadOS 13.3.
