According to a report from Bloomberg, the Cupertino-based tech giant wants to take the wraps off the iPhone 14 on September 7, most likely alongside the new-generation Apple Watch and iOS 16.
The date is a little bit surprising, as Apple typically announces the new iPhones on Tuesdays. This time, it looks like the company will stick with Wednesday.
However, the pre-order kickoff date wouldn’t change, as Apple still wants to begin taking pre-orders the next Friday after the event. In other words, customers in the United States and other large countries should be able to reserve their iPhone 14 beginning on September 9.
