Apple TV+ had a remarkable year in 2024, and it’s kicking off 2025 with a strong lineup of original content. Among the most anticipated returns are seasons 2 of "Severance" and "Mythic Quest", as well as the conspiracy thriller "Prime Target".
Severance, the sci-fi thriller that explores the theme of work-life balance, will resume on January 17. The new season promises to delve deeper into the consequences of tampering with the severance barrier, hinting at more dark and mysterious twists.
"Prime Target", a conspiracy thriller, arrives on January 22, centered around a brilliant math postgraduate, Edward, who’s on the cusp of a groundbreaking discovery. As he’s about to unveil his findings, an unknown enemy tries to sabotage his work, and he teams up with a female NSA agent to unravel the sinister plot.
Rounding out the lineup is "Eva the Owlet", a kids’ and family show, which premieres on January 24. This whimsical series follows the adventures of Eva, a creative and cheeky owlet, as she navigates the woodland world of Treetopington.
Meanwhile, "Mythic Quest", the workplace comedy, is back for season 4 on January 29. The misadventures of the Mythic Quest team will continue to unfold as they confront new challenges in the ever-changing video game landscape.
