Everybody knows the iPhone is a money-making machine, and a new analysis conducted by Counterpoint does nothing else than to confirm the device continues to sell like hotcakes.
Counterpoint says the mobile market reached $448 billion in revenues last year, and this is surprising to say the least because it represents a 7% increase as compared to 2020.
If you’re wondering why 7% growth is such a big deal, just think that the phone makers had to struggle with the same problems as everybody else, as the lack of chips made the whole thing much more difficult. And they somehow managed to reduce the disruptions, the data proves.
Apple and Samsung continue to be the leading names in the mobile market, Counterpoint says.
