The adoption of iOS 16 made solid progress after the September launch, but right now, the trends indicate a substantial slowdown, especially throughout December.
A recent report that analyzes Mixpanel data indicates that right now, the iOS 16 adoption is at 70 percent, all after reaching 66 percent in mid-November. In other words, the month of December brought an increase of just 4 percent.
The numbers are pretty shocking and prove that Apple needs to do better to convince iPhone owners to update their devices.
