Apple will make its latest flagship device available to markets in South America next month. The change was spotted first by MacRumors on Apple’s website, which shows December 8 as the launch date for its iPhone X smartphone in Brazil, as well as December 1 for Colombia and December 7 for Chile.
However, if you click on the “Buy” button, you should first sit down and take a deep breath, because Apple’s online store shows a price tag of R$ 6.999 Brazilian Real, which means about $2,170 USD, twice as much as the handset costs in the United States of America and other parts of the world.
