Leaked watchOS 4.1 Release Notes Confirm Music Streaming on Apple Watch Series 3

iOS developer Guilherme Rambo leaked what it would appear to be the release notes of the GM (Golden Master) build of Apple’s upcoming watchOS 4.1 operating system for Apple Watch devices.

Of course, some of these features were already known to many of us from the beta versions of watchOS 4.1, but there are a few things in there that haven’t been published by Apple until now. First of all, watchOS 4.1 will enable music streaming support on Apple Watch Series 3, as Apple promised when it unveiled the device last month.

Music streaming will be supported with both Apple Music and your iCloud Music Library, but watchOS 4.1 also comes with a new Radio app that lets you listen to live radio on Beats 1, custom radio stations, as well as radio stations curated by experts. In addition, you can use Siri to find, discover and play music albums, songs, or playlists.
