Apple’s iPhone has always been considered a great gift for both teens and adults, but at the same time, it’s also one increasingly more expensive present given the growing prices for the new models.
But as it turns out, it’s not the price that makes more people prefer a Samsung Galaxy S8 over an iPhone X for Christmas this year, but the lack of popular features like a headphone jack and a fingerprint scanner.
A survey conducted by US market research firm Propeller Insights reveals that no less than 38 percent of the respondents in the United States want a Galaxy S8 for Christmas. Only 20 percent of the people said they hope they’ll receive an iPhone X, according to reports.
This means that more people want an iPhone 8 than an iPhone X, as 22 percent of the adults that answered this question indicated the more subtly-revised 2017 iPhone model.
