It’s not a secret that the iPhone is a pretty expensive gadget, as a top-of-the-line version of the iPhone 14 costs nearly $2,000.
But on the other hand, one of the most expensive iPhones sold these days managed to fetch no more, no less than $39,339 at an auction earlier this month.
And before you ask, no, it’s not a new-generation iPhone but a factory-sealed 2007 iPhone that was recently sold online.
That’s right, someone paid nearly $40,000 for an original and unsealed 2007 iPhone, even if the device comes with specifications that are already outdated. On the other hand, the 8GB of storage and the 2-megapixel camera make for a very cool page of tech history, especially given the iPhone in question has never been used.
