Apple is projected to take the wraps off the new iPhones in September, but according to people familiar with the matter, a delay is very likely given the current health crisis.
And analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who has a very solid track on Apple scoops, explains that there’s a good chance this would happen, only that the Cupertino-based tech giant would embrace a different approach for this new iPhone generation.
So instead of pushing back one particular iPhone model, what the company could end up doing is just roll out the new devices one by one when they’re ready. This means Apple is likely to use a staggered release, or in waves, to push the new generation to the market.
