The iPhone 8 is projected to be unveiled on September 12, so we’re only a few days away from the moment when we’re going to find out everything about the device, but leaks landing in the meantime continue to generate excitement in the Apple community.
Living proof is a video that is making the rounds as we speak, as it allegedly shows a working iPhone 8 that presents some of the features said to be coming to the device, including the new iPad-like dock.
Since Apple decided to remove the Home button on the new iPhone in an effort to obtain an edge-to-edge display, the company replaced its functionality with gestures and iOS features, including a dock that’s supposed to provide quick access to the most frequently used apps.

Rumor has it that the new dock would be very similar to the one on the iPad, and the video here seems to be pointing in this direction, though once again, it’s not clear if this a fake clip or not. The blurry part… (read more)
