The iPhone X will go on sale on November 3, with pricing to start at $999 and go all the way up to $1,149 for the most expensive model.
And while some people think that the top configuration is the only worthy choice, Apple says that you should actually buy the iPhone model that is just right for you. This means that the company doesn’t care if you’re choosing the most expensive iPhone or not because what it’s aiming for is having “an iPhone for everyone.”
In an interview this week, Angela Ahrendts, the head of Apple’s retail business, explained that Apple Store staff had been specifically told not to try to sell customers the most expensive iPhone model, but the one that makes sense for their needs.
