After launching the 2020 iPhone SE, Apple is now believed to be working on a bigger version of the device that would come with a 5.5-inch screen.
And this makes total sense, especially when looking at the model the iPhone SE is based on.
First and foremost, the new iPhone SE is mostly an upgraded version of the iPhone 8, as it uses both its design and body. In other words, the iPhone SE is an iPhone 8 with upgraded internals, sharing pretty much the same look and part of the features, including the home button with integrated Touch ID.
The iPhone 8 lineup, however, also included a Plus model with a 5.5-inch screen and a dual-camera configuration, and by the looks of things, Apple wants to use that one too in order to launch a bigger iPhone SE.
Expected next year
